The Rise to Stardom
- DJ Lytmas initially started to learn how to be a disc jockey in primary school at 13 years of age. While in Kisumu, he started to do networking with djs like DJ Richie. Later, he moved to Nairobi for studies where he even gained more passion for the game. He grew popular as a result of The Internet. His website boosted his disc jockey career by making him a mixtape DJ for Dancehall,Reggae,Hip Hop and Soca Mixes. With his growing popularity, he went on to make his label in 2017 followed by signing in popular Kenyan Dancehall artist Dabby K into his label.In 2018 February the label released their first album from Dabby K called "Ruler" which didn't do so well due to poor Marketing.There after, he signed many other artists like Lydia Wabs, Afriking Troxxie,Dujji Rampell,Konshus,Yuh Vee from 2017 to 2019.
- In February 2019, DJ Lytmas released his first studio album called “Greatness 2019” after signing a management deal with Zojakworldwide.
- DJ Lytmas went on to release his mixtapes weekly t single of the album “Grateful” titled “Shining” (a Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles collaboration) in 2017 and it became quite popular. The second single of the album “I’m the One” put him in the top 100 position of celebrities with others like Quavo, Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Andy Kellman and Chance the Rapper and received 53.9 million U.S. streams.
- His ninth album titled “Major Key” is undoubtedly one of his best works. Khaled’s new album in collaboration with three R&B’s brightest sensations like Trey Songz, Future and Jeremih has also gained a lot of popularity.
- Lytmas is also the founder of Dapstrem Entertainment which makes him the company's president and he us also the owner of Dapstrem Radio..DJ Lytmas' Estimated net worth is $0.3 million even though he has kept issues to do with his net worth and what he owns private.He currently serves as the founder and chief executive officer of Dapstrem Mediaic Group.
